Games Library (www.gameslibrary.app and app.gameslibrary.app) is operated by Ana Gissela Torres Cruz, established in Spain. Tax identification details are provided upon request, with prior identification of the requester, at info@gameslibrary.app.

Purpose

Games Library is an online service to catalogue personal video game collections. The public website informs about the service; the application requires an account.

Intellectual property

The software, design, texts and brand elements of Games Library belong to the owner. Game data, images and trademarks shown in the service belong to their respective right holders. Games Library is not affiliated with Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, Sega or any publisher; platform names are used solely to identify formats.

Data sources

Game titles, covers, release dates, genres, studios and screenshots: IGDB.com (Twitch), www.igdb.com, used through its API under its terms.

Metacritic scores and trailers: data and images provided by RAWG, rawg.io.

Game length: links to HowLongToBeat, howlongtobeat.com. Its data is not copied; the link opens its search for the game.

Upcoming releases, review scores and guides: Vandal, vandal.elespanol.com. We show the headline, score, cover and a link; the full article is read on Vandal's website.

Reference prices for consoles and accessories: PriceCharting, www.pricecharting.com, with links to search it.

Store prices: taken from the public catalogues or product feeds of Spanish stores (such as GAME, XtraLife, TodoConsolas and Wakkap) when they are checked. Prices and stock can change; the price on the store's website at the time of purchase prevails. Store names belong to their owners.

Video guides: YouTube API Services; videos remain on YouTube and play in its embedded player.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence also apply.
