Terms of service

1. The service

Games Library lets you register, organise and value your personal video game collection. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account.

3. Plans, prices and billing

The Starter plan is free and limited as described on the pricing page. Paid plans (Collector, Curator) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the period has started. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from the next renewal.

During the launch period some features may be offered free of charge. We may introduce or adjust paid plans with reasonable notice; your data is never held hostage — you can export it at any time.

4. Your content

Your collection data, notes and photos belong to you. You grant us the licence needed to store and display them to you and to operate the service. Do not upload content you have no right to use.

5. Fair use of AI features

Photo identification and natural-language search consume third-party AI resources and are limited per plan and month. Automated, abusive or bulk use may be throttled or suspended.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or discontinue features. Metadata from third-party databases may be incomplete or inaccurate; estimated values are indicative and not financial advice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; all your data is erased. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where reasonable.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Games Library is provided 'as is'. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or where the law does not allow it.
