Games Library (www.gameslibrary.app and app.gameslibrary.app) is operated by Ana Gissela Torres Cruz, established in Spain. Tax identification details are provided upon request, with prior identification of the requester, at info@gameslibrary.app.
Purpose
Games Library is an online service to catalogue personal video game collections. The public website informs about the service; the application requires an account.
Intellectual property
The software, design, texts and brand elements of Games Library belong to the owner. Game metadata (titles, covers, release dates, ratings) is provided by third-party databases (IGDB, RAWG) under their own terms and remains the property of their respective right holders. Games Library is not affiliated with Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, Sega or any publisher; platform names are used solely to identify formats.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence also apply. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
